Using Tamiya rubber paint to match the hair colour ready for re-rooting. The only problem is the paint rubs off as you are weaving. Hopefully it won't be noticable once it has been completed as it was too late to paint again.

After gently separating the strands from the weft and running them through the mousse/water mixture to help stiffen and bunch them, the strands are hung over the easel to dry out ready to weave.

Starting the weave on the custom Blythe 'Skyle Blu'. Using the lock and loop method with 2 crotchet hooks, some aligator clips (to keep the hair out of the way) and a comb handle to make looping easy.
